JINYA Ramen Bar - Sandy Springs

This is my second time at Jinya and it was just as great as I remembered! Our server Gabbi was amazing and helpful with selecting menu items. The tempura brussels and shrimp were delicious Will definitely return again.

As a lifelong ramen enthusiast, I had high hopes for JINYA Ramen, and it absolutely delivered. My wife and I visited on a bustling Saturday night around 8 pm. Fortunately, the online waitlist saved us from a long queue, and we were seated promptly – a great start. Drinks: Kirin Ichiban Draft – A classic choice. Crisp, light, and refreshing – the perfect match for a rich bowl of ramen. Food: Tonkotsu Ramen Black – This is JINYA’s signature bowl, and it truly shines. The broth was thick, dense, and deeply flavorful with just the right balance of umami and salt. The noodles had an ideal chew, and the chashu pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender. The soft-boiled egg? Perfectly marinated and cooked to a creamy center. Crispy Fried Chicken – Japanese-style fried chicken done right. It had a juicy, tender interior with a perfectly crisp, light batter that wasn’t overly greasy – just addictive, crunchy goodness. Overall, JINYA exceeded our expectations. If you’re a ramen fan, this spot is a must-try. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing! I tried the Salmon Poke and Takoyaki and they were both delicious and satisfying. I went back the next day and ordered the Shrimp Wonton Ramen and Gyoza, those were both incredible too. That ramen was the tastiest ramen I have had in a long time, especially after it cooled a little bit. The server that took my order recommended adding an egg and this was a great addition. The egg was cooked perfectly with a deliciously jammy yolk. The broth was so rich and flavorful I am already craving it again. I will definitely be going back next chance I have

The restaurant has consistently impressed me with its fresh, flavorful dishes, and my recent visit was no exception. I ordered the Wonton Chicken Ramen, and it was absolutely delicious! The broth was perfectly balanced—rich, savory, and packed with depth of flavor. I added mushrooms, garlic, and two soft-boiled eggs to my bowl, which elevated the dish to a whole new level. The mushrooms were tender and earthy, the garlic gave the broth a lovely depth, and the eggs had a perfect runny yolk that added an extra layer of comfort. The chicken was cooked to perfection and tender, soaking up the delicious broth beautifully. What I really love about Jinya is that each location has its own slight variation in the taste of the broths. It seems like they adapt the flavors depending on the season and the team in the kitchen, which is an interesting touch and shows that they take pride in their work. However, this particular location stands out—every single time I’ve visited, the broth has been incredibly fresh, flavorful, and always tastes like it's made with care. The cooks here clearly put their hearts into their food, and it truly makes a difference in the overall experience. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the service is attentive and friendly, making it a great spot to enjoy a hearty bowl of ramen. If you're looking for a place that consistently delivers top-tier ramen with vibrant flavors, this location of Jinya Ramen is definitely the one to visit. Highly recommend! Update ! 04/13/2025 Still my favorite location. They have a chef special, “ BIRRA RAMEN “ it was good. Switch out those noddles for the smaller ones and you’re good to go !!

I had an incredible time at Jinya today! I had the Tonkatsu Ramen Black and the portions were filling and the flavor was stellar! Our waiter, Gabby, was very accommodating and forward with making sure everything was alright. I look forward to coming by again!

Smiling at you, she asked you what you would like, Specifically, talking to you, as Another human who she cares for, As if you were the only person who she is gonna take care of in that minute and that hour. Getting along with everyone , waiters And guests I like, it’s so impresses. Her integrity and Extremely positive work ethic shine As she is so skilled as a Sweet human. She suggested excellent food for myself and my friend Avery. spicy creamy vegan she gave me and, to my request, she made it not spicy And it came in exactly quick manner. I don’t like spice at all. She catered to my needs extremely well. . Oh, soamazingly delicious, as she predicted so clearly and easily. For a drink, served me an extremely fresh, mouth watering mock tail with a sliced strawberry that was just delightful as well as cold, just On top of this world. Yummy! NHI is truly an exceptional ,sweet , authentically sincere, personable human Who This restaurant must be extremely grateful for. When I was done with a glass or a plate, she was right there to pick it up so it didn’t stay on my table long at all. She came to us and made sure we had lemon slices for our water . She gave us no ice in our water just as we asked.. She was so here for us the entire time and answered any questions we asked real thoroughly. I will definitely return here as soon as I can!
